3. How long will it take you to serve my paperwork?

We attempt all civil processes within 24 hours of receipt. We are usually able to execute them within 72 hours.

4. What is the fee for serving my paper?

5. When I came home, I found a notice on my door. What do I do?

A notice on your door means that someone from our office has come by your residence for the reason noted. Please contact us immediately at (817) 579-3204 for more information.

6. Will you go with me to my house to get my property?

We will go with you to your house to get your property only with a direct court order or in the event of family violence.

7. When is the next foreclosure sale?
