Individuals who are over age 65 and individuals with serious underlying health conditions, such as high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma, and those whose immune systems are compromised, such as by chemotherapy for cancer or other conditions requiring such therapy, are considered to be vulnerable populations.

If you are among the vulnerable populations and are scheduled to appear for court, you will be accommodated by being allowed to appear and testify remotely if you so desire. In order to receive such accommodation, you must contact the Court Coordinator or Assistant Court Coordinator in advance at 817-579-3233, identify yourself as a vulnerable individual and request that you be allowed to appear or testify remotely.

If you choose not to seek accommodation and appear in person, the use of a face covering for your protection is highly encouraged, but not required.
