 Election Day Polling Locations - 7 am - 7 pm

            Hood County has been approved by the Secretary of State to use Vote Centers in the November 3 Election!!! You, a registered Hood County voter, do not have to vote in your particular precinct.  A registered Hood County voter may go to any one of the ten polling locations and vote.  It is just like early vote, but on Election Day. Click here for a map of the locations.

The standard sample ballot includes all federal, state and local election information for Hood County voters. The sample ballot provides the same information that you will receive on your official ballot when voting.

 Application for Ballot by Mail 
                                 Qualifications: (one or more must apply)
                                         * 65 years of age or older
                                         * Disability
                                         * Confinement in jail
                                         * Expected absence from county during Early Voting and on Election Day. 
                                            Ballot must be mailed to an out of county address.

Beginning September 1, 2015 ballot by mail applications may be emailed to us at   Applications must be submitted to our office between September 4 and October 23 by 5 pm for the November 2015 election.
