                Election Day Polling Sites             

 Election Day Polling Locations - 7 am - 7 pm

            Hood County has been approved by the Secretary of State and Hood County Commissioners to use Vote Centers in Hood County Elections. You, a registered Hood County voter, do not have to vote in your particular precinct.  A registered Hood County voter may go to any one of the ten polling locations and vote.  It is just like early vote, but on Election Day. Click here for a map of the locations.

The standard sample ballot includes all federal, state and local election information for Hood County voters. The sample ballot provides the same information that you will receive on your official ballot when voting.

Application for Ballot by Mail

     **REMINDER- Annual Ballot by Mail Applications are only good for one calendar year.  You must reapply in January 2016. ** 
                                 Qualifications: (one or more must apply)
                                         * 65 years of age or older
                                         * Disability
                                         * Confinement in jail
                                         * Expected absence from county during Early Voting and on Election Day. 
                                            Ballot must be mailed to an out of county address.
