Absent Student Assistance Program
The Absent Student Assistance Program (ASAP) is a cooperative agreement between the Granbury Independent School District, the constable’s office, and the justice of the peace courts. While the constable’s office oversees the day-to-day operation of this program, it takes all three groups working together to accomplish its goal - keeping students in school.

This unit concentrates its efforts on the youth of our county. ASAP has returned hundreds of truant students back to their schools, benefiting their families and communities collectively.

Civil Process Unit
Court process is served in accordance with state statutes, with special attention directed toward prompt and professional personal service. The execution of writs, from evictions and sequestration to million-dollar executions involving real and personal property, is accomplished with the highest regard for the safety of the public and parties involved. Efforts are taken to minimize the expense of seizing, storing, and selling property.
