Description:
Including but not limited to Performs clerical duties in Court of Law, prepares
docket or calendar of cases to be called in precinct; secure information for
judge and instructs parties when to appear for court; schedules appointments,
gives information to callers; performs necessary minor administrative tasks, and
business details; administers oath to witnesses, collects court fee or fines and
records amounts collected. Stay abreast of laws, legislation, and policies
within the realm of the Justice of the Peace Court.

Assigned to support the Jail for the processing of inmates.
To perform a
wide variety of clerical/secretarial duties in support of the Sheriff’s
Correctional Facility including processing and maintaining documents,
correspondence, and statistics, and to provide information and assistance to the
public. Performs all clerical/secretarial duties such as typing, filing, and
copying.

Description: Generates and distributes voucher payable, jury, and
restitution checks. Prepares daily deposits. Reconciles County Clerk and JP’s
monthly reports against general ledger accounts; researches all inconsistencies
and makes appropriate corrections. Reconciles payroll, general disbursement,
jail interest and sinking, library special, DA and sheriff forfeiture bank
accounts against general ledger accounts; researches all inconsistencies and
makes appropriate corrections. repares monthly and quarterly state court cost
and reconcile against general ledger accounts; researches all inconsistencies
and makes appropriate corrections.
