The primary responsibility of Deed Records is to record and process all property instruments presented to the County Clerk's Office.


Military Discharge Records (DD214) will be filed at no charge.

Filing Fees:

Filing fees for instruments are $16 for the first page and $4 for each additional page.  2 to 3 inches of space is needed on the bottom of the last page for stamping or an additional page will be added.  If there is more than one rider on an instrument filed in real records, then each additional page of the extra riders is $8.

DBAs:

Forms may be requested from the County Clerk's Office.  They may be either individual or corporate DBAs.

The cost is $13.50 for 1 owner and $.50 for each additional owner.  There is a $1 charge for a certificate to give to the bank.

DBAs are only good for 10 years.

The form can be downloaded here.  It needs to either be signed in front of a clerk or notarized.

Copies of county clerk records are $1 per page plus $5 if you wish to have them certified.
